ProjectB13's designated patrol patterns took him to the adult sections of the nets, but he has recently crossed the line. I won't say how, I won't say why, but I will say that he has recently almost brought a whole heap o' trouble on the ProjectHub's heads, and he is no longer welcome in the Hub.

If you see him, tell him I know where he lives, and he can't hide from me forever.
